Slackjaw is the most powerful crime boss in Imperial City and arguably one of the most powerful ones in the realm and leads the cities underworld. He is the most wanted man in Imperial City with a bounty of 20,000 whose crimes include racketeering, larceny, bribery and even murder.
Biography[]
Born to a prostitute and a nobleman he was quickly abandoned by his mother and grew up as a street urchin. As an adult he had a swift rise to a position of influence among the city's vagrants and soon became a mob leader in his own right. Mercilessly and systematically taking down any rival gang he soon became the undisputed head of the Imperial City underworld.
